Julie Avant is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational development across healthcare, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial ventures. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Vibe Salon Suites, where she has led the successful launch and expansion of multiple locations, increasing operational capacity and brand presence.

 

Previously, Julie spent nearly two decades in the behavioral healthcare industry, where she held multiple leadership roles, including CEO of a network of treatment and call centers.  She was instrumental in increasing annual revenue, expanding service lines, and leading team development.  Her tenure was marked by successful turnarounds, accreditation achievements, and large-scale operational improvements.
